Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use https://rockingrokim.com (“the website”) or book a session, buy a product or make a donation with RockingRokim (“we”, “us”, “Rokim”). By using the website, sending a booking request or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, book a session or place an order.

1. The website

The website shares travel stories, films, destination notes and guides, shows gear and other products Rokim recommends, sells Rokim’s own products and courses in the shop, accepts voluntary donations, and lets you request a one-to-one guidance session. Its content is for general information and inspiration.

2. Our sessions

We offer three kinds of one-to-one online sessions: Quick Consultation, Personal Roadmap and Complete Guidance. Their prices and lengths are shown on our home page, and the price shown when you send your request is the price that applies to that request. Sessions take place online, using a method we agree with you, for example a WhatsApp or video call, between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM Bangladesh time, at the free times shown in the booking form.

3. How booking works

  • You send a request through the form on our home page. The time you chose is held for you.
  • You see your private payment page right away. You may pay straight away to secure your session, or wait for our message first.
  • We reply to confirm the time, or to suggest another one that works.
  • Once we have confirmed the time and your payment has been received and checked, the session is confirmed.

A request is not a confirmed booking until we have confirmed the time and your payment has been received and checked. You can pay before or after our reply. We may decline a request, for example if we are unavailable or cannot help with your question. If that happens after you have paid, you will be refunded in full. While we review a request, the time you chose is held for you and cannot be booked by anyone else. If we decline the request, that time becomes free again.

4. Shop orders

The shop sells Rokim’s own products and courses, for example guides, workbooks, presets or prints. The price, any shipping cost and what you receive are shown for each product, and the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it. Each order is for one product, in the quantity you choose.

  • You fill in the order form with your contact details (and a delivery address for physical products) and tick the box to agree to our terms, privacy policy and refund policy.
  • We email you a private payment link. At this point your order is saved but it is not paid or confirmed.
  • You pay using the details on that page and send us proof of payment: a transaction ID (hash), a screenshot, or both.
  • We check the payment. Only when we have verified that the money has arrived do we confirm the order and deliver the product.

An order is not confirmed until we have checked your payment and told you so. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or a payment cannot be verified; if you have already paid, you will be refunded in full. Digital products are delivered by email or a download link, and physical products are sent to the address you give us; delivery times are estimates. Refunds and returns are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are made outside the website: directly in cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRON network, TRC20), through Bybit Pay or Binance Pay when we offer them, or by another method we agree with you in advance. If you would like to pay by card (Visa or Mastercard), tell us and we will arrange it privately; we never collect card details on this website. This website does not take or store payments: it only shows you the payment details and lets you send proof of payment. Amounts may be converted to USDT using a live market rate from a public rate service, and the amount shown on your payment page when you pay is the amount to send. We will never ask for your PIN, password, OTP, card number, private key or seed phrase, and you should never share them with anyone. Pay only to the details shown on the payment page we sent you, or that we sent you directly, check the address, Pay ID and network carefully, and keep your transaction ID (hash). Cryptocurrency transfers cannot be reversed, and coins sent to a wrong address or on a different network are lost. We are not responsible for money you send to an address or ID that did not come from us. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Donations

You can support the journey with a voluntary donation, using the cryptocurrency address or Pay ID shown on the website. A donation is a gift: it is not a purchase, it gives no goods, services or other benefit, and it is not a gift to a registered charity. Donations are generally not refundable (see our Refund and Cancellation Policy). Please check the address, Pay ID and network carefully before you send.

7. Affiliate links and recommendations

Some links on the website, for example in the gear section, are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. A commission does not change the price you pay. When you buy from another website, your purchase is a contract between you and that seller: we do not sell, ship, support or guarantee those products, and the seller’s own terms, prices and privacy policy apply.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, to be on time, to treat everyone with respect, and not to record, copy or share a session without the other person’s permission. We may end a session, without a refund, if it involves abusive or unlawful behaviour.

9. Guidance, not professional advice

Our guidance is informational and based on personal experience. It is not legal, immigration, visa, medical, insurance, financial or security advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. Rules, prices, borders, health risks and safety conditions change quickly. You are responsible for checking official sources, for getting the visas, documents and insurance you need, and for deciding whether a trip is safe and right for you. Travel always carries risk, and you travel at your own risk.

10. Content and intellectual property

The films, stories, photographs, text, design and logo on this website belong to RockingRokim or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages and videos, and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not copy, republish, sell or reuse our content elsewhere without our written permission. Digital products you buy are licensed to you for your own personal use unless the product says otherwise, so please do not resell, share or republish them. Videos we show from YouTube are also subject to YouTube’s terms.

11. Using the website properly

Please do not misuse the website: no hacking or probing for weaknesses, no automated scraping or overloading, no spam or false requests through the booking or order forms, no false or altered payment proofs, transaction IDs or screenshots, and nothing unlawful.

12. Third-party services and links

The website links to or embeds third-party services such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, the wallets, exchanges (for example Bybit and Binance) and networks used for payments, and the websites our affiliate links lead to. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

13. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”, with no promise that they will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by decisions you make about travel, and our total liability for any claim relating to a session or product is limited to the amount you paid for that session or product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top. If you have a confirmed booking or order, the terms that applied when you booked or ordered continue to apply to it.
