Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information RockingRokim (“we”, “us”, “Rokim”) collects through https://rockingrokim.com, why we collect it and what choices you have. We have kept it short and plain on purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect
When you send a booking request
If you use the booking form on our home page, we collect what you type into it: your name, your email address or WhatsApp number, your preferred date and time, your country or time zone, your preferred payment method, the service you chose, and your main question or goal. The form works only if you tick the box agreeing that we may use these details to reply to you.
Each request is saved as a private record in our website’s database, and we receive an email notification. If you gave an email address, we also email you a copy of your request. Later we may add the status of your booking (for example confirmed, paid or cancelled) and the payment reference you send us.
When you order a product from the shop
If you buy something from the shop on our home page, the order form asks for details such as your name, email address, phone number, city, country and delivery address, the quantity, and an optional note. The form works only if you tick the box agreeing to our privacy policy, terms and refund policy and that we may use these details to handle your order. We use them only to deal with your order: to send you your private payment link, to check and confirm your payment, to deliver the product and to answer your questions about it.
Each order is saved as a private record in our website’s database, and we receive an email notification. We also email you a copy of your order with the link to your private payment page. Later we add the status of your order (for example waiting for payment, paid or confirmed) and the payment proof you send us (see “Payments” below).
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email
If you click a WhatsApp button on our site, your phone opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that chat as well as this one. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Payments
Payments are not taken on this website: no money passes through it. For a session or a shop order, your private payment page shows the amount and the payment details (USDT on the TRON network, TRC20, and, when we offer them, Bybit Pay or Binance Pay), and you pay from your own wallet or exchange account. If you would like to pay by card (Visa or Mastercard), we arrange that with you privately, and we never collect card numbers on this website. We never ask for, and you must never send us, a PIN, password, one-time code (OTP), card number, private key or seed phrase.
After you pay, the payment page lets you send us proof of payment: a transaction ID (hash), a screenshot, or both. A screenshot is checked and re-saved as a plain image (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB) in a private folder that cannot be opened from the web. Only site administrators can view it, and it is deleted when the booking or order record is deleted. Please crop out anything we do not need, such as balances or other personal details. If you send a TRON transaction ID, our website may look it up on TronGrid, a public blockchain data service, to help us check that the payment arrived; the transaction ID is already public, and the service receives only that ID and our server’s address. We always confirm the payment ourselves in our own wallet or exchange app, where we can see details such as the sending wallet address and the amount. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain, where anyone can see them and where they cannot be changed or deleted, so we cannot remove that record on request. The wallet or exchange you pay from, for example Bybit or Binance, has its own privacy policy.
Donations
If you donate, the website only shows our Pay ID or wallet address. You send the donation from your own app or wallet, and nothing about it is collected on this website. The wallet or exchange you use has its own privacy policy, and a cryptocurrency transfer is recorded on a public blockchain.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter on the home page, we collect your email address and the date you subscribed, and you must tick a box agreeing to receive emails from us. The address is saved in our website’s database, where only site administrators can see it, and we use it only to send you news about new films and stories. To unsubscribe, or to have your address deleted, write to rokim.russia@gmail.com and we will remove it. If we ever start using an outside email service for the newsletter, we will say so on this page first.
Technical information
Like any website, our web server and hosting provider record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use this to keep the site secure and working. To limit spam and accidental double submissions, the booking, order, payment-proof and newsletter forms keep short-lived technical records (for up to one hour), including a counter based on a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. These are not saved with your booking. Our security plugin may also record the IP address and time of failed login attempts to the website’s admin area. If the booking form returns an error, your browser keeps what you typed in its temporary session storage so you do not have to type it again; it stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab. If you use the English / Bangla language button at the top of the website, your browser saves your choice in its local storage so that the site opens in the same language next time; this also stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can delete it in your browser settings.
Other contact forms
Some older pages on the website may include a simple contact form. Anything you type into such a form is received by email and handled in the same way as a booking request.
What we do not do
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not use the Facebook pixel or similar tools. The site does not show a comment form. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page first.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the services that help us run the website and deliver your session, and only as needed:
- Our web hosting provider (currently Namecheap), which stores the website, its database and backups, and sends the website’s emails.
- The email inbox where we receive booking and order notifications and payment proofs.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you chat with us there.
- The TRON blockchain network, which publicly records your payment, when you pay in cryptocurrency.
- TronGrid, a public blockchain data service our website may ask about a transaction ID you send us as proof of payment.
- Bybit or Binance, if you pay or donate through them: the transfer happens in your own account there and is subject to their own policies.
- Public exchange-rate services, which our server asks for the current USD rate so that amounts can be shown in other currencies. These requests contain no personal information.
- Public authorities, if the law requires us to.
Third-party content on our pages
Our home page uses a small code library (three.js) for the 3D globe. We serve it from this website whenever we can; if our own copy is not available, your browser loads it from Cloudflare’s content delivery network (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). Our films play either from this website or with YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com). When content from Cloudflare or YouTube loads, your browser contacts them directly, so they receive your IP address and device details, and YouTube may store cookies or similar data on your device when a video plays. Please see the privacy policies of Cloudflare and Google for details. Our home page also has links to our profiles on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and to products and gear on other websites, some of which are affiliate links. These are ordinary links: those services receive information about you only if you click through to them.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics. WordPress sets login cookies only when the site owner or an administrator signs in. The YouTube player may set its own cookies or similar storage while a video plays, and a partner’s website that you reach through an affiliate link may set its own cookies to record that you came from us (see that website’s own policy). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and order records, including any payment proof or screenshot you sent, for as long as we need them to handle your request or order and to keep basic business records, and then delete or anonymise them, normally within 24 months of your last request, order or session, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Website backups are replaced on the normal backup schedule. Emails and WhatsApp chats are kept until we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your rights and choices”).
How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS. Booking and order records are visible only to site administrators. Payment screenshots are kept in a private folder that cannot be opened from the web, and each payment page has its own long, hard-to-guess link and is hidden from search engines. We aim to keep the website software up to date. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not put passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in your booking request, order or screenshot.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm that it is really you, and we will reply within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website and sessions are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our hosting provider and the third-party services above may handle information in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection rules. By using the website and the booking and order forms, you understand that your information may be handled in those places.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
